Marian Vidal-Fernandez

Marian Vidal-Fernández is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney. She obtained her PhD at Boston University.

Marian's research reflects her general interest in using applied micro-econometrics to study how policy-relevant issues in labor, education, and health affect Human Potential, with a special focus on disadvantaged children.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in March 2010 and became an IZA Research Fellow in January 2013. She is an ARC Life Course Centre Research Fellow since April 2015.
