Esmée Zwiers is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University's Center for Health and Wellbeing. She finished her PhD in Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam under the supervision of Anne Gielen and Dinand Webbink.
Esmée is an applied microeconomist working primarily in the fields of labor economics and family economics, although she has broader research interests in health economics, economics of education, and economic history. Her current work studies the role of family environment in the child’s skill formation
Esmée joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in December 2018.
