Maximilian Göthner

Dr. Maximilian Göthner is a Postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Jena, Germany where he also received his PhD in economics. He is founding faculty member of the Graduate School “ProDigital” and faculty member of the Schumpeter Center for Research on Socio-Economic Change (JSEC) at the University of Jena.

His current research interests include regional income and labor market dynamics, digital innovation, technology entrepreneurship, and university-industry technology transfer. His work has been published in journals such as Foundations of Entrepreneurship Research, Technological Forecast and Social Change, Journal of Small Business Management, Small Business Economics, Journal of Technology Transfer, Frontiers in Psychology, Journal of Evolutionary Economics, Journal of Economic Psychology, Economics Letters, and Environment and Planning C.
