Valentina joined IZA as a research assistant in 2023. She supports the maintenance of the Linked Personnel Panel (LPP) dataset at IZA and contributes to related research projects and policy reports.
She is a student in the PhD program of the Bonn Graduate School of Economics at University of Bonn. Previously, she worked as a pre-doctoral research assistant at MIT and obtained a MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a BA in International Relations from TU Dresden. Her research interests include topics in Labor Economics such as labor market institutions and gender gaps.
