I am an Associate Professor of Business Economics at the Department of Business Administration, University of Zurich. Previously, I was the Larsson-Rosenquist Foundation Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Zurich. I am also a research affiliate at several institutions, including the Jacobs Center, the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), the Center for Economic Behavior and Inequality (CEBI), and the LRF Center for Economics of Breastfeeding. I earned my PhD in Economics from the University of Copenhagen in 2018.

My research lies at the intersection of labor, personnel, and education economics. I study topics such as occupational choice, skill allocation, and gender inequality.

I joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2017 and became a Research Fellow in December 2023.
