Francesca Gioia
Research Fellow

Francesca Gioia is an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Milan. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
Her main research interests lie within the fields of behavioral economics, economics of education, experimental economics and labor economics with a focus on gender differences, individual preferences and attitudes, cooperative and competitive incentive schemes and social preferences.
Her research has been accepted for publication by various journals, including Economics of Education Review, European Economic Review, Experimental Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Economic Psychology, Journal of Human Capital, Journal of Policy Modeling, The B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy and Theory and Decision.
