Marie Louise Schultz-Nielsen is senior researcher at the Rockwool Foundation Research Unit in Denmark, where she has worked since 1994. Her main research interests are Immigrants' Labour Market Performance and Immigrants' Skills. But she has also contributed to research areas like Taxation and Labour Market Performance, Settlement and Segregation. Her results have been published in books and articles, both in English and Danish.

Marie Louise Schultz-Nielsen did her M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen in 1997 and her Ph.D. from Aarhus School of Business, University of Aarhus in January 2010.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2008 and became a Research Fellow in December 2011.
