Luca Henkel is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He received his Ph.D. in 2023 from the University of Bonn.
His research fields are behavioral economics and household finance. In particular, he examines determinants and consequences of financial and moral decision-making using experiments, surveys, and linked survey-administrative data.

He was an an Associated Member of the IZA Institute and continues to collaborate with the IZA@LISER Network as a Research Affiliate.
