Anders Frederiksen is Head of department and Professor at Aarhus University. His main areas of research are Labor and Personnel Economics where he has publiched on the use of economic incentives, career dynamics and employee mobiity in journals such as Journal of Econometrics; Journal of Law, Economics and Organization; Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and Labour Economics.

He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2001 and became a Research Fellow in April 2006.
