Clément Brébion, is a researcher in labour economics at the Rockwool Foundation. In his work, he strives to explain how institutions affect decision making on the labour market. His main focus is on the demand side: he investigates how firms strategically design their employment and training practices according to the rules governing unemployment insurance, collective bargaining and apprenticeship training systems.
