Jonas Fluchtmann is a Labour Economist in the Jobs and Income Division of the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, where his research spans labour market dynamics, the labour market effects of AI, and social policy. Much of his work draws on linked employer-employee data from administrative sources. He co-leads the job mobility, reallocation, and worker careers workstream within the LinkEED2 network. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Bonn, and has published in the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy and the Journal of Labor Economics.
