Heather Sarsons is an associate professor (untenured) at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She was previously an associate professor at the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia. She has research interests in labour, personnel, and behavioural economics.

Heather received her PhD in Economics from Harvard and a BA in Economics from UBC.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in May 2023.
