Greta Morando is a labour economist working on understanding the determinants and consequences of inequalities in human capital accumulation across different socio-economic and demographic groups, such as gender and migrant status.
Greta is currently interested in the role that both parental investment and peers have on the development of skills in children and young adults.
Greta obatined her PhD in Economics from the University of Essex and will be a Research Fellow at the University College London starting in October 2021. She has previoulsy worked at UCL, Royal Holloway University of London, and University of Westminster.
Greta Morando joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2021.
