Ling Zhong is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University in 2019 and her BA with high honor in Mathematics and Economics from Swarthmore College in 2013.
Ling is a labor economist. Her research interests include labor economics, economics of education, personnel economics, and Chinese economy. Her current research interests include the labor market returns to higher education, the interplay among business fluctuations, firm responses, and the labor market, and the impacts of labor mobility on gender inequality and knowledge spillover.
