Henrik Jordahl is Program Director at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) in Stockholm. He received his doctorate in 2002 from Uppsala University, where he is now an associate professor and affiliated with the Uppsala Center for Fiscal Studies (UCFS).

Jordahl's research is mainly focused on publicly financed services and privatization. Other research interests include voting behavior and social capital. His work has been published in Journal of Public Economics, European Economic Review and European Journal of Political Economy, among other journals.

He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in October 2008.
