Danielle Li

Danielle Li is an Associate Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

Her research interests are in personnel, innovation, and organizational economics with a focus on how organizations evaluate ideas and people. Her work has been published in leading academic journals and has been covered in media outlets such as the New York Times, the Economist, and the Wall Street Journal. She has previously taught at Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT and an A.B. in mathematics and the history of science from Harvard College.

Danielle Li joined IZA as a Research Fellow in April 2023.
