Dr. Donn. L. Feir is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Victoria and a research fellow with the Center for Indian Country Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

Donn. is an applied labor economist and economic historian who has published on the impact of historic policies on Indigenous economies and people and on Indigenous labor market experiences and health. Donn. (a Canadian) received their Ph. D. from the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia.

Donn. Feir joined IZA as a Research Fellow in February 2019.
