Ines Helm is an Professor inthe Department of Economics at JKU Linz. She is also affiliated with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), the CesIfo research network, and the Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration at UCL. Before joining JKU, Ines worked as an associate professor at LMU Munich and an assistant professor at Stockholm University. She earned her PhD in 2016 from University College London. Her main fields of interest are Applied and Labor Economics, with a particular focus on the economics of local labor markets. Ines became an IZA Research Affiliate in May 2023.
