I am a (postdoctoral) Researcher on tenure track at the Gender Economics Research Group in the Public Economics Department of DIW Berlin. I am also affiliated with the Berlin School of Economics, the University of Potsdam, the Center for Economic Policy Analysis (CEPA), and the CESifo research network. I completed my PhD at the ifo Center for the Economics of Education and LMU in Munich under the supervision of Ludger Woessmann.

I am part of various projects funded by the German Science Foundation (DFG): "GENELLI: An Empirical Look into the Language-Cognition Interface"; the Research Unit "Labor Scarcity, Skill Mismatch, and Policy"; and the CRC TRR 190 "Rationality and Competition".

My research interests are Gender/Labor, Education, and Behavioral Economics.

I am also a co-organizer of the Berlin School of Economics Applied Micro Seminar (BAMS) and representative of the Research Associates within the Berlin School of Economics.
