Frederik Schwerter is Associative Professor of Microeconomics at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Before he joined Frankfurt School in Septmeber 2021, he was an assistant professor at the University of Cologne and a postdoc at Harvard University (Department of Economics). He received his PhD from the Bonn Graduate School of Economics. Before that, he studied economics at the University of Bonn. During his dissertation, he was a visiting scholar at Harvard University and the Norwegian School of Economics.

He collaborates with the behavioral economics team at IZA as an Associated Member.
