Pia Pinger is an assistant professor at the University of Bonn. She completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Mannheim in 2013. Her main research interests revolve around the formation of human capital (education and health economics) and applied microeconometrics.

Pia joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in February 2010 and as a Research Fellow in July 2015.
