She is an Associate Porfessor at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Oxford University. Her main research interests include labour economics, immigration microeconometrics, big data and health economics.
She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in January 2009 and became an IZA Research Fellow in January 2013.
