Elisabeth Leduc is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She was awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2024. She received her PhD from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2022.

Her research interests are in applied microeconomics, especially labor economics and economics of education. She is particularly interested in exploring how public policies affect disadvantaged groups.

Elisabeth joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in April 2024.
