Caroline Wehner
Research Fellow

Caroline Wehner is a Research Associate at the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). Between 2011 and 2017, she was a Resident Research Affiliate at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA).

She holds a PhD in Economics from Maastricht University and a diploma in Economics (equiv. M.A.) from Cologne University.

She is a Research Fellow at IZA, the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market at Maastricht University (ROA), and the United Nations University – Maastricht Economic and Social Research Institute on Innovation and Technology (UNU-MERIT).

Her research interest is behavioural, education and labour economics as well as management practice related to recruitment and training.
