Evaluation of a Quality Standard for Training Programs in the School-to-Work Transition

In this project, IZA is supporting the development and evaluation of a quality standard for training programs in the school-to-work transition. This quality standard for training programs, developed by Teach First Germany and Joblinge, consists of a series of pedagogical-psychological success factors and competencies, which are expected to be influenced by support measures in such a way that they result in vocational success. IZA supports the project in consolidating the quality standard as well as in preparing and conducting a field-experimental evaluation.
