Samuel Mann is an Associate Economist at RAND Corporation. He received his (UK Economic and Social Research Council funded) PhD in Economics from Swansea University, his MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Nottingham, and his BA(Hons) in Business Management with Economics from the University of Westminster.
Samuel is an applied microeconomist who has interests in Labor Economics, Health Economics, Public Economics, and LGBTQ+ Economics. Broadly, his research studies how public policies and programs shape the health and labor market outcomes of marginalized and vulnerable populations.
He joined the IZA network as a Research Affiliate in 2024.
