Ashley Craig is Senior Lecturer in Economics at the Research School of Economics at the Australian National University (ANU). His research centers on the empirical and theoretical study of education and human capital investment, taxation, discrimination and inequality. Within these areas, Ashley is particularly interested in the design of policies to correct problems or promote equity.

Ashley received his PhD from Harvard University, and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Sydney. Previously, he worked as an economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia and the University of Michigan.

Ashley Craig joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2021.
