Daniela Piazzalunga is postdoctoral researcher at FBK-IRVAPP (Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies) and research affiliate at CHILD Collegio Carlo Alberto.
Previously, she has been postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Verona, after receiving her PhD in Economics from the University of Turin and Collegio Carlo Alberto in 2016.
Her research interests include economics of the family, gender economics, and labour economics more broadly, with a focus on policy evaluation methods. She has ongoing research in the following areas: (i) the impact of divorce laws on spouses’ behaviour, (ii) children human capital development, and (iii) temporary employment.
She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in March 2016.
