Simonetta Longhi is Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Reading.
Her current research interests include inequality in labour market outcomes by gender, ethnicity, disability and social class; unemployment, on-the-job search and retirement.
She joined IZA as a Research Fellow in May 2005.
