Roland Rathelot is an Associate Professor at Institut Polytechnique de Paris (ENSAE) and a researcher at CREST. His current research deals with the job-search process, the hiring process, and discrimination against ethnic minorities. His research has appeared in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, the Economic Journal, Quantitative Economics, the Journal of Public Economics, the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, and the American Sociological Review. He became an IZA Research Fellow in May 2023.
