Luc Behaghel is an Associate Professor at the Paris School of Economics (PSE-Inra). He is also a J-PAL affiliate, and a research fellow at Crest and Cepremap. His research interests focus on the evaluation of educational and labor market policies, in particular focusing on older workers. He is also interested in local development programs and in the adoption of agricultural technologies in developing countries. He obtained his PhD from Marne-la-Vallée University.

He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in February 2012.
