Alex Bryson (b. 1963) is Professor of Quantitative Social Science in UCL's Department of Social Science. He is also a Fellow at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research and a Rutgers Research Fellow. He was previously Head of the Employment Group at NIESR and Research Director at the Policy Studies Institute. His research focuses on industrial relations, labour economics and programme evaluation.

He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in July 2014.
