Kelvin KC Seah is an Associate Professor, Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Deputy Head (Teaching) in the Department of Economics at the National University of Singapore. His research interests lie in the economics of migration and education. He received his Honours and Master’s degrees from the National University of Singapore and his PhD from the University of Otago.
Prior to joining the National University of Singapore, Kelvin served as a Research Fellow at Singapore Management University. He was also a Visiting Scholar at Princeton University’s Office of Population Research.
He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2016 and became an IZA Research Fellow in November 2021.
