Research Interests
Christian Zimpelmann is a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Hamburg since 2024. After finishing his PhD at the University of Bonn in 2021, he was a Research Associate at IZA, where he is still a Research Fellow.
He studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and economics at the University of Bonn and the University of Toronto.
In his research, he studies the choices of households, e.g. with respect to their labor supply and their finances.
