Zhuan Pei is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and the Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University.

In his research, he investigates the effects and designs of social and employment programs and studies applied micro-econometric methods in causal inference.

Zhuan joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2016 and became an IZA Research Fellow in November 2021.
