Olivier Donni is Professor of economics at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. He is Director of THEMA (THéorie Economique et Modélisation Applications), a research center associated to the University of Cergy-Pontoise.

He received his PhD in Economics from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales of Paris in 2000. Prior to joining the University of Cergy-Pontoise, Olivier Donni was Assistant Professor at the University of Quebec at Montreal.

His current research field is the modeling of household behavior with a special focus on the intrahousehold distribution of resources. He has published in The Review of Economics and Statistics, The Review of Economic Studies, The Journal of Public Economics, The Journal of Human Resources, The Economic Journal, The European Economic Review, The Canadian Journal of Economics and other journals.

He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in December 2004.
