Germán Reyes is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Middlebury College. His research interests are primarily in behavioral economics and labor economics. He mainly studies cognitive limitations, the selection of talent, fairness views, and inequality.
As a former briq Affiliate and IZA Associated Member, he became an IZA Research Affiliate in 2025.
