Jie Gong is an associate professor of management and strategy at The University of Hong Kong. Her main research area lies at the intersection of organizational economics, personnel economics, and labor economics. Her recent work studies human-machine complementarity and AI adoption. She also serves as Associate Editor for Management Science.
