Tessa is a Professor of Development Economics at the Institute of International Economic Studies at Stockholm University. She was previously a Professor of Development Economics at the University of Frankfurt and hold a DPhil in Economics from Oxford University. Her main research interests are development economics and is particularly interested in agriculture, education and climate change.
