Isabelle Chort is a Professor of Economics at the University of Pau (UPPA) since September 2017.

She received her PhD from the Paris School of Economics in 2011 and was an Assistant professor at Paris-Dauphine for 5 years before joining UPPA.

Her research interests include the analysis of migration decisions, the economic integration of immigrants, gender inequalities, and environmental issues.

Isabelle Chort joined IZA as a Research Fellow in February 2019.
