too h Mbaye Lingučre Mously Mbaye is a research analyst at the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. She completed her PhD from the Center for Studies and Research in International Development(CERDI)-University of Auvergne (France) in April 2013.

Her main fields of interest are Development Economics, International Migration and Applied Microeconometrics.

Lingučre became a Research Associate in September 2012. She served as Deputy Program Director for the Employment and Development Area from September 2013 until September 2015. She is a Research Affiliate since October 2015.
