Matt Dickson is currently an ESRC post-doctoral research fellow at the Centre for Market and Public Organisation, University of Bristol (UK), having completing his Ph.D in Economics at Warwick University (UK) in February 2009. His research interests include applied micro-econometrics, poverty dynamics and the economics of education and pay. Matt’s Ph.D research looks at the effects of early education on later educational attainment, the effects of education on wages, and the public-private pay gap in a number of European countries. He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2008. |
