Research Interests

Gill Wyness is a Professor of Economics at the UCL Centre for Education Policy and Equalising opportunities, at University
College London.

She received her PhD in Economics from the UCL Institute of Education. She is an applied economist, and her main research area is the economics of tertiary education. She is particularly interested in higher education mismatch, and inequalities in higher education participation and attainment.

Gill Wyness joined IZA as a Research Fellow in May 2023.
