I am an economist concerned with how public policy can advance or maintain economic development in a world where the term "sustainable economic growth" has become an oxymoron, and where the costs of entrepreneurship, trade and technological innovation may be exceeding their benefits.

I joined IZA as a Research Fellow in January 2013.
