Riccardo Ghidoni is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Bologna. His research uses behavioral economics to study how institutions, incentives, and beliefs can support cooperation and pro-social behavior. Combining theory, laboratory experiments, surveys, and administrative data, he applies this perspective to contexts including discrimination toward minorities and environmental sustainability.
