William Even is currently the Raymond E. Glos Professor of Economics in the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University and a research fellow with the Employee Benefits Research Institute. He received his PhD in economics from the University of Iowa in 1984. His research has investigated such topics as the effects of minimum wage laws in the U.S., gender and racial differences in the labor market, the economics of pensions, and retirement behavior.
He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in September 2004.
