Elizabeth Kaletski is currently an Associate Professor of Economics at Ithaca College. Her research interests are at the intersection of development and labor economics and human rights. Within these fields her research focuses on the broad themes of child labor and education, the impact of government policy on socioeconomic outcomes, and economic and social rights fulfillment. Up to this point her research has employed household surveys from various countries, along with international and government data. Her current projects involve developing and analyzing data on children's rights and human rights broadly.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in January 2014.
