Research Interests

Kelvin KC Seah is a Senior Lecturer and the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Economics at the National University of Singapore. His research interests are in the fields of Migration and Education Economics. He received his Honours and Masters degrees from the National University of Singapore and his PhD from the University of Otago.

Prior to his appointment at the National University of Singapore, Kelvin served as a Research Fellow at the Singapore Management University. He was also a visiting scholar at Princeton University’s Office of Population Research.

He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in June 2016 and became an IZA Research Fellow in November 2021.
