I am an Assistant Professor in Finance at the University of Melbourne. My research sits at the intersection of gender economics, corporate governance, and empirical corporate finance.

A unifying theme is understanding how powerful networks and gatekeepers shape and distort outcomes for individuals and institutions. Current projects examine how #MeToo reshaped research collaboration, how Epstein's ties to corporate America affected governance, and what drives gender representation at academic conferences and finance seminars.
