Will Olney is a Professor of Economics at Williams College. His research focuses on the relationships between trade, foreign direct investment, immigration, offshoring, and labor market outcomes. He received a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado; has held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank, the University of California, the University of Pompeu Fabra, and the University of Hawaii; and has been a consultant at the UN, WTO, and ADB.
